About

Hello! I'm Leah.

If you’ve found your way here, there’s a good chance you’re carrying something difficult and considering your options for support. I understand how overwhelming that process can feel. There is no shortage of choices, and it can be hard to know where to begin. Here are a few essentials to help you get oriented.

I see clients in person at The Finding Place, located in the Heights/Midtown area of Little Rock, and I provide virtual counseling for clients residing in the state of Nevada. I work with adults (18+) across a range of concerns, including anxiety, relationship challenges, work-related stress, betrayal, family of origin issues, trauma, and the process of healing from emotional abuse and coercive control.

My approach to counseling reflects both steadiness and clarity. Clients often experience me as empathetic, grounded, and supportive, while also direct and willing to engage the harder truths that are necessary for meaningful change. I do not believe in avoiding what is difficult. Progress requires a willingness to look at things honestly and move forward with intention.

I am a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT), with advanced training in issues related to sexual betrayal. This includes work with sex addiction, pornography addiction, love addiction, betrayal trauma, and affair recovery. I also have extensive experience guiding clients through the formal disclosure process with care and precision.

If you would like to learn more or explore whether this may be a good fit, our administrative team at The Finding Place is available to answer questions and provide next steps. You can reach them at 501-263-1576.

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. James 1:5 ESV
